¤ýGeneral obligation ÀϹÝÀû Àǹ«
1. Obligation to observe the related management rules °ü°è±ÔÁ¤ÀÇ Áؼö Àǹ«

6. Obligation to observe safety regulations of using facilities and to cooperate the control of construction site, etc. ½Ã¼³¹°ÀÇ À̿뿡 ´ëÇÑ ¾ÈÀü¼öÄ¢ Áؼö ¹× °ø»çÀå µîÀÇ ÅëÁ¦¿¡ ÇùÁ¶ÇÒ Àǹ«
7. The other obligations for maintaining·managing Multi-Family Housing ±× ¹Û¿¡ °øµ¿ÁÖÅÃÀÇ À¯Áö·°ü¸®¸¦ À§ÇØ ÁöÄÑ¾ß ÇÒ Àǹ«

¤ýObligation on management fees, etc. °ü¸®ºñ¿¡ °üÇÑ Àǹ«

¤ýCo-operation in maintenance À¯Áö º¸¼ö¿¡ ÇùÁ¶
You can’t reject when we are trying to get in to your house and check or repair the building. ´ç½ÅÀº °ü¸®ÁÖü°¡ °Ç¹°À» Á¡°ËÇϰųª ¼ö¸®Çϱâ À§ÇØ ÀüÀ¯ºÎºÐ¿¡ ÃâÀÔÇÏ·Á´Â ¶§¿¡´Â À̸¦ °ÅºÎÇÒ ¼ö ¾ø½À´Ï´Ù.

¤ýProhibition of obstruction of affairs ¾÷¹«¹æÇØ ±ÝÁö
You should not interfere with the affairs of the council of occupants’ representatives, an election committee and management entity. ´ç½ÅÀº ÀÔÁÖÀÚ´ëǥȸÀÇ, ¼±°Å°ü¸®À§¿øÈ¸ ¶Ç´Â °ü¸®ÁÖüÀÇ ¾÷¹«¸¦ ¹æÇØÇؼ­´Â ¾ÈµË´Ï´Ù.
They shouldn’t unfairly interpret or interfere with the rights of you, either. ±×µé ¶ÇÇÑ ´ç½ÅÀÇ ±Ç¸®¸¦ ºÎ´çÇÏ°Ô Ä§ÇØÇϰųª ¹æÇØÇؼ­´Â ¾È µË´Ï´Ù.

¤ýLiability of compensation and others ¹è»óÀÇ Ã¥ÀÓ µî
1. When you damage other occupants, etc. exclusive or community possession intentionally or mistakenly, you should restore to the original state or pay for repairing. ´ç½ÅÀÌ °íÀÇ ¶Ç´Â °ú½Ç·Î °øµ¿ÁÖÅÃÀÇ °ø¿ëºÎºÐ ¶Ç´Â ´Ù¸¥ ÀÔÁÖÀÚµîÀÇ Àü¿ëºÎºÐÀ» ÈѼÕÇßÀ» °æ¿ì¿¡´Â ¿ø»óÀ» ȸº¹Çϰųª º¸¼ö¿¡ ÇÊ¿äÇÑ ºñ¿ëÀ» ºÎ´ãÇØ¾ß ÇÕ´Ï´Ù.
