<외국인을 위한 한국에서의 공동주택 생활 안내> 시리즈 3편 ‘입주자 권리와 의무’를 몇 편으로 나눠, ‘입주자 명부’ 편을 준비했습니다. 이번 호에서는 관리규약의 [별지 제1호 서식]과 제9조 제3항에 그 내용이 나오므로 단어정리를 생략했고, 전문적인 용어의 일부는 제 판단으로는 입주민에게 보다 잘 의미가 전달된다고 여겨지는 일상적인 말로 풀어썼습니다.

In order to better serve you, we are asking everyone to fill out this form [The Card  of Occupants, etc.], and submit it to the management entity as soon as you move into our multi-family housing complex. 더 나은 관리서비스를 제공하기 위해, 관리사무소에서는 우리 아파트에 입주하신 모든 분에게 즉시 [입주자 명부]를 작성해 제출해 주실 것을 부탁드리고 있습니다.
It is important that you provide accurate and updated information according to  [Attached table 1] of the 『Management Rules』. 여러분께서 정확한 최신정보로 『관리규약』의 [별지 제1호 서식]에 따라 [입주자 명부]를 제공해주시는 것은 대단히 중요합니다.

Your information will only be used for emergencies and variety of issues that could occur on your property. 당신의 정보는 비상시 연락과 당신의 자산에 문제가 발생될 경우에만 사용될 것입니다.
Head of management office will handle your personal information, and the information will be managed very carefully, following 『Personal Information Protection Act』. 관리사무소장이 당신의 정보를 처리할 것이고, 개인정보보호법에 따라 신중히 처리될 것입니다.

The information you provided will be retained from the move-in date to the date when all the management expenses are settled, and you are safely moved out. 이 개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간은 입주일로부터 관리비 등의 정산을 완료하고 안전하게 전출하는 날까지입니다.

Among this information, the full name, the date of birth, address, and phone number could be provided a third party  such as Korea Electric Power Corp., gas supplier, police station, court, and local administrative body for the purpose of management and to give you advantage. 이 개인정보 중 성명, 생년월일, 주소, 연락처는 한국전력공사, 가스공급사, 경찰서, 법원, 지방자치단체와 같은  제3자에게  제공될 수 있는데, 이는 관리목적과 당신에게 이득이 될 목적으로 제공될 수 있습니다.

You can choose to either agree or disagree with collection and provision of your personal information. 당신은 개인정보취급 및 개인정보의 수집·이용·제공 등의 내용에 대해 동의할 수도 있고 하지 않을 수도 있습니다.

However, if you choose to disagree, you might not be able to receive immediate remediation in emergency case such as vehicle damage, leakage of water supply, fire, etc.. 하지만 비동의 시, 당신은 비상시(차량파손, 급배수 누출 또는 화재 등) 적시에 필요한 조치 등을 받지 못할 수 있습니다.
